Olivia Kelly — President As President, I set direction and make sure our work reflects AKPsi’s values on the ground, not just on paper. I turn big goals into clear plans with owners, timelines, and support, and I keep our exec and chapter meetings focused and productive. I represent Phi Upsilon to the University of Tampa and community partners, build relationships that open doors for our members, and protect the standards that make this chapter a place you are proud to belong.
Calabria Czarnecki — President-Elect As President-Elect, I am the next President and I am steadily taking on more responsibility so the transition is seamless. I shadow the President, learn the rhythm of the role, and own key pieces of planning, communication, and decision making. Each month I lead more of the meeting flow, handle partner conversations, and drive a few strategic projects from kickoff to wrap, so I am fully ready on day one and our momentum never dips.
Dorian Furr — Vice President of Administration As Vice President of Administration, I monitor the operations of the chapter as a whole. I map our calendars, agendas, forms, and deadlines so no one has to guess what is due or where to find it. I manage university registration and chapter documentation, improve the way we share information, and keep everything organized so officers and members can spend more time building and less time chasing details.
Ainsley Jeffers — Vice President of Membership As Vice President of Membership, I design the journey from first conversation to initiation and beyond. I plan recruitment touchpoints, coordinate interviews, and guide Bridge to Brotherhood so expectations are clear and the experience feels welcoming and fair. My goal is to bring in great people, set them up for success, and make sure they start contributing with confidence from week one.
Aashna Majmudar — Vice President of Alumni Relations As Vice President of Alumni Relations, I connect brothers with alumni who can mentor, advise, and champion them. I keep our network up to date, share chapter highlights with supporters, and organize meaningful interactions from quick coffee chats to panels and site visits. If you are exploring a field or aiming for an internship, I help you find the right person and the right conversation.
Vincent Mendel — Secretary As Secretary, I am the chapter’s memory and organizer. I capture minutes that actually help you follow through, track attendance and points, handle official communication, and make sure rooms and resources are reserved on time. I keep our records clean and easy to find so meetings run smoothly and everyone can prepare without stress.
Connor Stacklum — Treasurer As Treasurer, I make our budget a tool, not a mystery. I handle dues, reimbursements, and invoices quickly, keep us compliant with UT and AKPsi policies, and share simple reports so everyone understands where funds are going. If you need to fund a project, I help you build a plan and get it approved so good ideas can move.
Sophia Carraway — Vice President of Rituals As Vice President of Rituals, I make sure our ceremonies are meaningful, polished, and true to AKPsi tradition. I coordinate roles, scripts, attire, and timing, and I coach participants so they feel confident and prepared. My aim is that every class experiences a ceremony that they remember with pride.
Matthew Saddic — Vice President of Professionalism As Vice President of Professionalism, I focus on real career growth. I host targeted workshops, share internships and events, and give practical feedback on résumés, LinkedIn, interviews, and professional conduct. I set a clear standard for how we show up on campus and help each member build habits that translate into opportunities.
