My goal is a network that feels accessible and excited to support you.

Hayden Reich — Auditing Chair
As Auditing Chair, I give the chapter a clear picture of our finances. I review our books on a set schedule, reconcile income and expenses, and share concise summaries so everyone understands the story behind the numbers. Transparency builds trust, and I make sure we have both.

Claire Coates — Pledge Instruction Chair
As Pledge Instruction Chair, I guide new members through Bridge to Brotherhood with clarity and care. I build sessions that teach AKPsi history, values, and core skills, keep timelines realistic, and measure progress so pledges know how they are doing. I want every new brother to feel informed, included, and ready to contribute once they become initiated.

As Social Chair, I design experiences that make it easy to connect. I plan inclusive events on and off campus, coordinate logistics so showing up is simple, and gather feedback to keep the calendar fresh. Strong relationships are the foundation of everything else we do, and I make space for them to grow.

As Technology Chair, I make information easy to access and events easy to run. I manage our website and digital tools, support AV and virtual setups, and pilot useful tech that saves time and reduces confusion. When the tech works, the rest of the work is smoother.
